Accounts Assistant (Full Time Position)
Experience within an Accounts/ Book Keeping role
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a good knowledge of Sage 50 accounts is preferable but not essential.
Duties will include:
• Sales/ Purchase and Nominal ledger
• Fixed Asset Register
• Payment runs and bank reconciliations
• Dealing with rental accounts and invoices
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns
• Preparing monthly reports for the Directors
• Preparing Year End accounts and liaising with Auditors
• Furniture and Farm Sale invoices and payments
• Occasional general office and reception duties
