Our services include providing probate valuations for executors of estates, with property and house contents and a written fee-based report. We have a dedicated house clearance team, and can provide estimates on a full or partial house clearances and advise whether any items are of value and suitable for sale at our auction. With our well attended antique and furniture sales being the only remaining sale room in the Furness Peninsula.

Our rental team can provide a comprehensive full management service or tenant find only basis, with advice on changing legislation for rental properties. We provide a free, no obligation market appraisal for those looking to find the value of the property and come onto the market in the near future.
