Description
The property extends to approximately 3.20 acres of agricultural land lying to the West of the village of Satterthwaite, within the Lake District National Park and a short distance from Grizedale Forest.
The property is currently agricultural grazing land, with roadside access via a well-surfaced unmade lane which is used daily by agricultural and United Utilities vehicles. The boundaries are all stock proof with new fencing being installed to the perimeter in 2022. There is a water supply to the land via the Beck to the southern boundary. The land has lately been used for sheep grazing and in 2023 yielded a crop of 135 small hay bales.
Due to the size and location of the land, we anticipate this to be of interest to a variety of buyers from local farmers, horse/pony owners and those looking to own an attractively sized parcel of the Lake District National Park.
