We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sean Penellum MRICS FAAV to our Land and Estate Agency team. Sean will be based at our UAM property office at County Square, Ulverston from Monday 13th June. He will also attend market day sales at the Auction Mart.
Sean comes from a farming background after growing up in Cumbria on his parents’ sheep and beef hill farm. Sean then attended Harper Adams University where he obtained his qualifications.
Sean is a fully qualified chartered surveyor and registered valuer with the RICS and a fellow with the CAAV.
His main areas of work are property management, buying and selling of agricultural properties on both large and small scales. Sales of development sites. Valuations for banks, taxation, bookkeeping etc. to include farms, estates, country houses, common land, investment portfolios etc. Compulsory purchases and landlord/ tenant disputes.
